Serena spent 15 years as Corporate Human Resource Manager for an organization with more than 3,000 employees and later served as Human Resources Director for a multi‑branch healthcare company. Most recently, Serena served as a Senior HR and Benefits Consultant for the third largest insurance brokerage in the United States further strengthening her ability to deliver strategic, real‑world HR solutions.
